What lumos4d Statistics covers
Our Statistics section tracks four main data streams: game sessions, payment history, account activity, and market outcomes. For game sessions, we log every spin, every hand of blackjack, every Ikan Jackpot round, and every esports prediction you make. Each entry includes the timestamp, game name, stake amount, result, and payout. For payments, we record every deposit and withdrawal—the method used (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), the amount, the date, and the status (pending, completed, or failed).
Account activity logs show login timestamps, device information (Android or iOS), IP address, and any account changes (password resets, payment method updates). This helps you spot unauthorised access. Market outcomes track your predictions in football (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), and other sports like MotoGP and badminton. You see the match or event, your prediction, the actual result, and whether you won or lost.
All this data is stored securely and encrypted. You can export your statistics as a CSV file for personal record-keeping or tax purposes. We don't share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, and we comply with Indonesia's data protection regulations.
Accessing Statistics on mobile
To view your Statistics on lumos4d, log into your account on Android (via our APK) or iOS (via Safari at lumos4d.app). Navigate to the Account menu, then select Statistics. The page loads in a mobile-optimised format, showing your key metrics at the top: total sessions this month, total deposits, total withdrawals, and your current balance. Below that, you'll see tabs for different data types: Game History, Payments, Account Activity, and Market Outcomes.
Each tab displays a scrollable list of entries, newest first. Tap any entry to see full details. For example, tapping a game session shows the exact timestamp, game name, your stake, the result, and your payout. Tapping a payment shows the method, amount, date, and current status. The interface is designed for thumb navigation, so buttons and text are sized for easy tapping on a 5.5-inch screen.
Statistics update in real time as you play
When you complete a game session or a payment processes, the Statistics section refreshes automatically. You don't need to manually refresh the page or log out and back in.
Filtering and searching your data
lumos4d Statistics lets you filter by date range, game category, or payment method. For example, you can view only your Aviator sessions from the past week, or all your mobile banking deposits from the past month. Use the filter controls at the top of each tab to narrow your view. On mobile, filters are presented as dropdown menus and date pickers that expand when you tap them.
You can also search by game name or payment reference. If you're looking for a specific blackjack session or a particular bank transfer, type a keyword into the search box, and the list filters in real time. This is especially useful if you're reviewing a large number of sessions and need to find one quickly.

Understanding your payment records
Your payment history in lumos4d Statistics shows every deposit and withdrawal tied to your account. For deposits, you'll see the payment method (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer), the amount, the date and time, and the status. Most e-wallet deposits show as "Completed" within minutes. Bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment virtual accounts may show as "Pending" for subject to verification while our payment team reconciles the transfer.
For withdrawals, the record shows your requested amount, the destination payment method, the date you requested it, and the current status. Statuses include "Pending Review" (our fraud team is checking the request), "Processing" (approved and being sent), and "Completed" (funds have been sent to your payment method). If a withdrawal is rejected, the status shows "Failed" with a reason code. You can contact our support team to discuss any failed withdrawal.
Account activity and security monitoring
The Account Activity tab in lumos4d Statistics logs every login, device change, and account modification. You'll see timestamps for each login, the device type (Android or iOS), and the approximate location based on IP address. This helps you verify that all logins are yours. If you see a login from an unfamiliar location or device, contact our support team immediately—we can help you secure your account.
Account modifications are also logged: password changes, payment method updates, email address changes, and phone number changes. If you don't recognise a modification, report it to support. We can review the change, verify your identity, and revert it if needed. This audit trail is a key part of our account security framework.
lumos4d Statistics puts your data in your hands—transparent session logs, payment records, and account activity all accessible on mobile, filterable by date and category, and exportable for your records.
Exporting and archiving your data
You can export your Statistics as a CSV file for personal record-keeping, budgeting, or tax purposes. Navigate to the Statistics section, select the data type you want to export (Game History, Payments, or Account Activity), and tap the Export button. The file downloads to your phone's default download folder. You can then email it to yourself, upload it to cloud storage, or import it into a spreadsheet application.
We retain your Statistics indefinitely, so you can always access historical data. However, we recommend exporting important records periodically as a backup. If you ever need to close your account, we'll provide a final export of all your data before deletion.
Support and data privacy
If you have questions about your Statistics, notice discrepancies, or need help interpreting your data, our support team is available in English. You can reach us via in-app chat, email, or the contact form on our website. We typically respond within a few hours during business hours. If you believe a transaction was recorded incorrectly, we can pull the server logs and investigate.
Your Statistics data is protected by the same encryption and security standards as your account. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties.
