Installation paths for lumos4d on mobile
We provide three installation methods. The Android APK is a direct download from our website — you enable "Unknown Sources" in your device settings, download the APK, and tap to install. The iOS path uses Safari or Chrome to access our web app, which you can add to your home screen as a shortcut. The web app works on any phone with a modern browser and requires no installation at all.

iOS and web app access
On iOS, open Safari or Chrome and navigate to lumos4d.app. Tap the Share button, select "Add to Home Screen", and name the shortcut. This creates an app-like icon on your home screen that opens our web app in full-screen mode. You can also bookmark the site and access it from your browser each time. The web app has the same games, payment options, and account features as the Android app.
Enable "Unknown Sources" only from trusted sources
When you enable Unknown Sources on Android, only download the lumos4d APK from our official website. Do not download APK files from third-party app stores or links you do not recognise.
Common installation issues and solutions
If you see a "Certificate not trusted" warning on iOS, this is normal for web apps. Tap "Continue" to proceed. If the Android APK fails to install, check that you have at least 50 MB of free storage and that Unknown Sources is enabled. If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache (Settings → Apps → lumos4d → Storage → Clear Cache) and reinstalling. If you still have trouble, contact our support team via in-app chat or email, and we will help you troubleshoot.
Data usage and permissions
The lumos4d app uses minimal data — typically 2-5 MB per hour of play, depending on whether you are watching live video streams. If you are on a limited mobile plan, use the web app instead, which uses slightly less data. The app requests permissions for notifications (to alert you about game information and promotions), camera (for account verification during KYC), and storage (to cache game assets). You can disable notifications in your phone settings at any time. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or location without your explicit consent.
Account security on mobile
Your lumos4d account is protected by your password and, optionally, two-factor authentication via email or SMS. We recommend enabling two-factor auth in your account settings. Never share your password or login code with anyone. If you lose your phone, log in to lumos4d from another device and change your password immediately. Your account balance is held in our secure servers, not on your phone, so losing your device does not mean losing your funds. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team right away, and we will freeze your account pending verification.
Mobile gaming on lumos4d is fast, secure, and available wherever you are — as long as your jurisdiction permits.
